A1: Up to 2 users can view the video at the same time. Both iOS and Android are compatible.

Q2: Does it support 5 GHz WiFi?
A2: Only 2.4GHz WiFi, without 5GHz WiFi.

Q3: Does the doorbell support Audio?
A3: Yes, it supports 2-Ways Audio.
No matter where are you, the visitor can talk with you if your phone has connected internet.

Q4: Why the signal is poor on the doorbell?
A4: The doorbell may be too far away from the WiFi router or there are metal obstructions that reduce the signal strength. Can use the network diagnostics feature to check the doorbell receive how much % WiFi signal in the App.

Please try to change the WiFi router position or get a signal extender/repeater for the WiFi router.

Q5: How do I reset the doorbell?
A5: The doorbell can be reset by inserting the reset pin into the reset hole for 5 seconds. ( The reset hole is near the Micro-USB port )

1. From the home page, tap the doorbell to live view.
2. Tap the "settings" icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select "Share Device"
4. "Add sharing" and enter the account name that want to share. Or you can follow the in-app instructions to do family settings.
